I changed my insurance from Farmers to State Farm a few years ago, and he was able to save me money while adding a lot more services I wasn’t previously receiving. Anytime I call them, they immediately take care of my needs! Everyone is friendly and very helpful!!! I highly recommend them!!!

There hasn't been one time that I've called and that he hasn't answered on the first time. This guy is AMAZING. I got locked out of my car in Los Angeles and he had someone come and unlock my car in 6 minutes!!!! :D And that was LA folks. Almost unheard of.... He's one of a kind and you'll be very lucky to get him as an agent. He's always there to greet you and welcome you with warmth, kindness, sincerity and love. Always prepared and ready to help you. He ensures his clients needs get met and fulfilled with excellent service. Ray, buddy, I am honored to call you my State Farm Agent! Keep up the good work! Thanks for all the hard work you do!

Ray Gonzalez is awesome! He takes care of his clients! About a week ago I got my lap top stolen among other things and I called him right away. I was so stressed out, sad, frustrated, and mad. He asked me don't you have rentals insurance? And I said, yeah, I think so. He checked, and sure enough I did! He said let's file a claim, and he walked me through the whole process, which by the way was unbelievably fast! The whole thing lasted about 15 minutes or less. I told the guy what they stole and how much everything was and he wrote me a check that covered everything that was stolen!!! I just received the check yesterday! :D That simple. If you don't have rentals insurance I highly recommend you get it and Statefarm is awesome and Ray will take care of you, because honestly you never know! Statefarm insurance gives me a peace of mind. -

(July 28, 2017, 11:33 am)I was shopping around for auto insurance and came across this agent and after considering the reviews, I decided to give him a call -I tend to read others reviews before I "buy" anything! Well let me tell you something.... this insurance agent is like none I've met before! He was extremely helpful! When I called in regards to State Farm's rates, he explained everything to me with such great detail which was very helpful to me. After I purchased my auto insurance I felt great about it. BUT, the day I got in an accident I was EXTREMELY grateful for having Mr. Gonzales as my agent. State Farm does a great job BUT, Ray soared above and beyond my expectations. I called him after my accident and he walked me every step of the way even though it was his day off!! He had auto body, repair shop, a chiropractor, and a car rental place call me all the same day. I received these calls even though more than half of the companies were closed for the day. Ray made my satisfaction and well being his number one priority. I received top notch service and I would definitely recommend this Agent if you are in need of insurance! Thank you Ray! I will always recommend you to anyone that needs insurance!

Through his help I have been able to bundle different plans to make it easier for me to have one bill instead of having multiple places to send money to. He showed me all my options when it came to life insurance and helped me save money and showed me the different plans there are out there. Aside from his services I have also received some good information for my financial future with tips and recommendations from their own personal lives. I'm thankful to be a client of his!
