Henry F. was incredibly kind after I somehow managed to screw up my booking. Seeing I was visibly upset they did everything in their power to accommodate the issue created. I paid more than expected due to the error on my part but was able to actually save a lot of money thanks to Henry's help. I will always recommend this Budget!!! 100%. Plus its a beautiful drive and worth getting away from LA. The Impala was beautiful and the perfect car for the little cross country trip I had planned to see family and friends:) Both drop off and pickup locations were also easy to find. Thanks again!
I have rented from Budget at the Oxnard airport a few times, and I have always found it to be a very pleasant experience. The counter staff are friendly and efficient, I always get a very good car, and it takes no time at all to check out and return the car. Compared to the alternative, which for me would be to rent at LAX, the OXR Budget is less stressful and it is usually cheaper, even after factoring in shuttle transportation from LAX. The only inconvenience is that the counter closes at 6 pm, but it can't be helped because the airport itself closes early.
So far so good. Car dided to be cleaned before travel it's not the first time lts ever time. It will be cleaner when we return it.
