  I remember growing up in the 1950s, people did business on the handshake if the work was done you paid the amount of money you agreed. If for some reason the work was not up to par the party that did the work would make sure it was up to the customer standard before paying. I been home owner for 28 years I have A eight burner Viking stove. The broilers stop working. I called several repair companies. They came out and gave me an estimate. The first repair Company was. from Santa Clarita,ca The Second repair Company was from Van Nuys,CA. Both gave me different reasons why my broilers didn't work, one estimate was for 1000 dollars they claimed I needed to put in two new broilers. I didn't feel right so I ended up paying an $80 service call for another opinion. The Van Nuys repair Store came to my house and told me they needed it to replace most of the eternal working burners because they were worn out. Their estimate was 1075. Again I paid Service call of $75. I then looked up Better Business Bureau and saw the great reviews for US appliance repairs Simi Valley. Their office set up and appointment. They called back the day before the appointment to confirm. The gentleman showed up got into the stove and told me the gas line was plugged and that he could apply Service call Credit to the final bill. After all was all said and done I ended up paying $150. I had a discussion with the young man and he told me it was a family business and that is father told him to be honest with your customers because repeat customers and good word-of-mouth would enable you to have lifelong customers. I cannot say enough about the classy and honest repair man from US appliance repair seamy Valley. I wholeheartedly recommend their service they are 100% honest and do professional cleaning work.   I called on a Sunday evening after discovering my refrigerator had stopped working. They called me first thing Monday morning and had a service technician to my home by 9:30am. Chris was extremely courteous, kind and addressed every question I had with patience and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident he had addressed all of my issues. He made sure I understood his guidance for future trouble shooting. Excellent customer service , I will definitely use this company again! Thanks Chris and friendly and prompt office staff!!

  I cannot express how satisfied I am with the service provided by Ana and Chris. My refrigerator was not making any ice for months! I called many places and they couldn’t figure out what the problem was! Finally a friend referred US appliance Repair and I decided to give them a call. When I called, Ana was able to squeeze me in their busy day. Chris arrived and fixed my fridge in literally 10 minutes. He is literally born for this. I was so relieved that I did not have to buy a new fridge or replace any parts. They are my go to! I have referred all my friends and family to them since then. Very fast, professional, and honest

  Chris came out to fix my microwave He was amazing!!!
  He fixed it right away he was very nice and so is the company.
  If you have a question they are happy to help all you have to do is call.
  I highly recommend them to service your appliances????

  Chris from US Appliance Repair was very polite and professional. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with our washing machine in a matter of seconds! He was very affordable in price. He also fixed our ice machine in our refrigerator at no charge. If you are in need of an honest, affordable, and professional appliance repair man, Chris from US Appliance Repair is your man. We will definitely use him again.
