I called to order packaging materials and had the pleasure of speaking to Natalie in the Miami office. She is very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs and was able to recommend a few products. Overall it was a wonderful experience dealing with Mac Papers. I will be buying again in the near future

Called in wanting paper, came out with some packaging and Jan San supplies. Gentlemen on the phone I think his name was Hugo great help and great listening skills. I almost thought he worked me for a second. Definitely will be buying again.

I've been dealing with Mac Papers in various capacities at several different companies for nearly 30 years and they've been a wonderful partner in our success. Due to the pandemic, things have changed a lot, for many companies, and Mac is not immune to that. I've seen a lot of great employees come and go over the years, and naturally, it's sad. Thankfully, since I've picked up paper and supplies there hundreds of times over the years, it's a great relief to see amazing people like Lloyd still there when I arrive. He's always accurate, courteous, and helpful. He's practically seen my kids grow up and he asks about them all the time. I can always count on the fact that if he pulls the stock, it's going to be right. Every time. He's an invaluable asset to our business, and to Mac's business. I've had conversations with others in the trade about Lloyd, and everyone glows upon the mention of his name. He's a great, front facing point of contact for the public, and let's agree, that's not easy to find, especially now. Great guy. Pretty good company, lol!
