“The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the veterinarian was not put off by the many questions I had. They showed us the ultrasounds of the horse's lungs and explained very clearly and concisely the diagnosis and the plan of treatment. They were very patient when the horse was not cooperating with having his blood drawn and allowed me to walk him through the stocks once before locking him in, despite it taking some more time. When we wanted to take a nap in the truck in the parking lot before starting our very long drive home they offered to let us sleep on the couches and to get coffee before we left. They were incredibly kind, every one of them.”
