“Ben was so incredibly helpful! Long story short, I needed post-stroke meds for a family member that wasn’t discharged from the hospital until 5pm. North oaks was the ONLY pharmacy in the valley that had the meds, but it was “out of network” and EXTREMELY expensive! Not only did Ben go to bat for us with the insurance company, but when that failed he then helped us fill what we needed until an in-network pharmacy could fill the rest of the RX. Instead of leaving us stuck with a $600 “sorry!” - which I’m sure would have benefited his company - he helped me find a solution that was beneficial for my family! This is a clean facility with personnel that CARE! Thank you Ben and North Oaks pharmacy!”

“My Mom has been living at Belmont for 4 years, she was 98 in Dec. I have never regretted choosing Belmont. Everyone on staff has gone above and beyond in so many ways. They really took the time to learn what my Mom likes to eat, what activities she enjoys, her hobbies, her family stories, what extra needs she may have. They go out of their way to give an extra hug, a chat, a smile. I am amazed and grateful at the level of care and concern everyone at Belmont gives my Mom on a daily basis. I can't say enough about everyone on staff from the bus drivers to the RN's. The dining options are top notch. Wonderful PT's that help keep her mobile. Activities Director does a super job and there are lots of outing and a variety of daily games and activities. My Mom had to have surgery last year and spent 1 week in the hospital and 1 week in at a skilled nursing/rehab facility. Members of the Belmont staff came to visit her in the hospital. She did not want to be at the skilled nursing facility and thought I was taking her there to die (it was heart wrenching every day she was there). I spoke to the Director at Belmont (Bradlee) during the entire process, she knew our situation and that Mom did not want to stay a second week. I will never forget her telling me that "Phyllis is part of our family and community". She understood that staying in the other place was not the best for my Mom mentally, ..and was instrumental in helping me get her 'back home" to Belmont and doing her second rehab week in her own room. They all went the extra mile to make this happen. There are places that are cheaper but I would recommend Belmont without hesitation. My Mom is well cared for, but more importantly, she is cared about. Kudos to all the staff at Belmont. You are Angels on Earth.”

“I had a full top arch dental implants done with Doctor Joseph at Hart Dentistry and I am extremely happy with the results. My new teeth are absolutely AMAZING! They are beautiful, natural looking, feels and looks like my own natural teeth, and the price was the best. Hart dentistry exceeded all my expectations. Doctor Joseph who treated me is an incredible doctor. He is very attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and in my opinion he is a top artist in his profession. The clinic is very clean, large, and beautiful. All the stuff members are very professional, polite, and warm, they always treated me like family, and made sure I was comfortable and happy. Also very important: I had no pain at all! I made a very extensive research before having my implants done. I called numerous clinics, and went to 7 of them to get consultation. I found that there are many variation to what you get with each clinic, so I checked carefully what I was getting... For instance: two other clinics offered me a great price, but, hidden in the details, I found that I will get an arch with less teeth (can't have a big smile with that)! I concluded that I can get the highest quality implants, and the most for my money with Hart dentistry. I was right. Before I started, I was worried that my lip will sink-in (which can happen if the doctor is not making sure to give it enough support). Dr. Joseph was aware and got it perfect. The teeth are very strongly secured with 8 implants, so they just feels and function like my own natural teeth. The look of it is very natural; the teeth are individualized with defined lines between them and with a tiny pink part showing(only with a big smile) just enough to make it look absolutely natural (sometimes a full arch can look like a white strip, or a white block). I will be back there for my lower implants.”
