(April 24, 2019, 1:15 am)Fridge crashed and they had the only model my very picky spouse wanted. The store was quite, close to closing time. The salesman was efficient and did not pressure us to buy something we did not want or need. Overall a good experience.

(January 7, 2019, 1:24 am)My shopping experience in the men's shoe department was great. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. I had no problem finding the correct size shoe. Although, in my opinion the security department was not efficient. I found a pair of old work boots inside a new box. Then two men stole multiple pairs of shoes. In fact, the LP did not show up until after the crime was committed. I'm assuming this happens quiet often but perhaps the LP security were most likely in a different department during this time. Nonetheless, Sears still as good deals despite their business hurting financially. Check it out before there gone forever!
