  Very pleased with the upholstery work from Mac's. Easy to work with and no problem that I provided my own materials and needed several unique, custom pieces done. Corners, stitching, seams all look perfect (see pictures). Fair pricing and well worth the drive from Santa Barbara.

  Been going to Mac's for over 20 years and have always been happy with their work. Recently had to have a head liner replaced in one of our cars and went there. Turns out they don't do headliners so the owner sent me down the street to a shop that does, which also does upholstery. Just needed some work done on a seat so went to Mac's for a quote. It was $300.00 to do the repair. Thought I would check with the shop that had replaced our headliner and they quoted me $200.00 for the same work. Based on the quality work done on the headliner I'm going to take the car to that shop and save the $100.00. Oh, I was told at Mac's that they wouldn't be able to get to my car til June (over a month from when I'm writing this review) so apparently they are still doing quality work. You might just check around though and see if another shop might charge less.

  I could sing Mac's praises all day long. My front seats and front panels were disgusting in my 09 Prius. I have had the car detailed numerous times, but the light khaki seats just had not worn well. It seemed they were past cleaning up. I went and got an estimate from them that I thought was quite reasonable considering what I had seen on the internet at four times the price. However one of his employees said they could clean up the seats. I didn't believe them after all I had had it detailed several times. Regardless Mac showed me anyway. He demonstrated that the disgusting quality of my seats was actually restoreable. Instead of insisting on the best thing for me being to upholster the seats, he sold me a $10 product that completely cleaned and protected them! Come On Mac's Upholstery! You're the best and I so appreciate your work ethic!
