  Let’s face it. Nobody really wants to go to the dentist. I was referred to Northbank Dental and wondered why I hadn’t been years ago. This place is fantastic. I’ve been in Hospitality for 33 years and know good service. I knew as soon as I was on the phone with Debbie making my appointment that this place rocks. They simply get it. Everyone I dealt with yesterday from Debbie at Check in. To LISA who did my xrays to Heather who cleaned my teeth to Dr. Ruth. If you are in need of a dentist and live within 500 miles from this place do yourself a favor and call them. Thank you Dr Ruth and team

  The staff are incredibly nice here. There is essentially no discomfort experienced at this place. At other dentists I wouldn't get jaw rests for 2+ hour procedures. I wouldn't get the level of compassion in my diagnosis and treatment. At other dentists were so aggressive and did not address my requests and help prevent any pain. I have NEVER felt that here. This place will be the only dentist I go to for now on.

  Best dentist EVER!!!! I've been coming here for nearly 10 years now. Love all the beautiful ladies and look forward to every visit. Thank you for existing. :)

  I have a history of fear of dentists and dentistry which is absent at Dr. Shifman's office. Her staff is as welcoming, friendly and relaxing as she is - all with expert skills. NO PAIN is permitted by Dr. Shifman, so let go of excuses not to have the mouth you need because of fear or anxiety - she kept me comfortable through procedures I thought I'd never be able to handle which really surprized me!

  Nicest, friendliest, and most honest dentist I have ever had. They take a genuine interest in you as a person, you aren't just another body coming through the door. The coordinator Carrie has the sharpest memory, you can show up six months later and she remembers not only your name, but the name of your kids. It leaves you will the feeling you are having your dental work performed by friends. Dr. Shifmann is so honest and trustworthy, you know she isn't trying to upsell you on getting some treatment you don't really need. Just looking for your genuine well being. Love this place.
