(September 5, 2018, 12:13 pm)Elizabeth made our lives so easy! We finally switched to Sprint from AT&T because it was so expensive! So far we haven't had a single difference in service quality! Elizabeth answered all of our questions and never once was rude, even when a very rude lady came in and interrupted when we were in the middle of being helped. She even made wonderful small talk with us so no one got bored or there wasn't any awkward silence haha. Her customer service skills alone made the experience so pleasant. Especially since it took almost 2 hours to get us going with our new phones! 10/10 Elizabeth!!
