  Melissa worked with my daughter who tore the labrum in her right hip. She couldn’t walk for more than a few steps, go up/down stairs on sit for any length of time without pain. Surgery was recommended by multiple doctors, but I wanted to avoid surgery. We decided to give Nexus PT a try. So thankful! She avoided surgery and got back all her function with a one month intensive. Her body is now working at maximum potential!!! Thanks to Melissa!!!
  
  I was so impressed I tried CFR! It has helped my back and neck pain. I’m also noticing I’m more robust in reaching my goals and my overall energy has improved. CFR has given me more than I ever imagined possible.

  Melissa and CFR has changed my life. The way I move and function through the world has completely transformed and I now do everything with power, grace, and ease (even the simplest of tasks). When I was injured last year I felt completely broken, as a performer I thought I would never be able to move as I did before. I went to seven different doctors and all of them told me that I would probably need surgery which would take a full year to truly recover from. After working with Melissa for five weeks, not only was I healed, but I was better than I was before the injury. It took hard work and an open mind but if you are willing to bring both of these things to the table, I promise you Melissa will change your life for the better.

  Healing doesn't happen with the flick of a magic wand. Lasting healing is a process. The work takes work. But, if you are looking for long-lasting healing that gets at the root of your life experience, the messiness of the growth process, and the compassion needed at each stage, then you must join the CFR family. Not for the faint of heart! This work takes courage and conviction like none I have ever experienced. But, there is light at the end of the tunnel. And, it is incredible.

  I came in after other physical therapy for a pinched nerve in my neck. I had received some relief but the pain was still there. After a few treatments with Melissa I was completely pain free. No I am working on other areas such as my shoulder and lower back. I can't wait to see and feel the results and live a pain free life. Thank You !
