He knows how to listen, and has the insights necessary to not only be a great physical acupuncturist, but also, a refined practitioner of the art of acupuncture. My husband and I are so thankful we found him and recommend him highly.

Transformational. I had no idea which meridians he was treating today so I looked it up when I got back home. And lo and behold (H7 and LU5 among others) I could actually feel my heart and lungs release in the chair. It felt as if I had taken medication to relax me. Truly one of the top two acupuncture treatments I’ve ever experienced. The other one was in Santa Cruz and it saved my finger from amputation. This one did something spectacular to my body - more of an internal healing than something that can be observed on a broken finger (in Santa Cruz). I had a lot of complex health issues pop up this year and have seen many caring doctors but no one has any clue what’s causing all of this. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and practitioner!

Itay is a wonderful healer! He is extremely knowledgable and skilled. He has helped me and my husband very much over the past three years. Itay is patient, a fantastic listener, and has been able to determine quickly and reliably the best treatment for us. My husband has gotten relief for longterm pain in his shoulder (past work injury), and I got support for stress relief, and thyroid issues. My husband had previous experience with acupuncture but I was new to the treatment. Itay was great with both of us. We trust Itay and recommend him very highly! You cannot go wrong.

This is a simple, no frills kind of place. It's a communal environment as the room is filled with reclining chairs for treatment. You can get the private room if booked ahead, but I've had no issues with the communal area. Itay is very gentle and soothing as he listens to your ailments and then starts the treatment. Do not be afraid to ask him for adjustments or if anything is uncomfortable. There are blankets that you can use because it can feel a little chilly and there's the ambient spa-like music that plays in the background. You can stay for as long as you want. You can tell him ahead of time and he would notate that if you're in a rush. The sliding scale for payment is fantastic because it makes this affordable. I was skeptical if this would help my migraines, but it treatment does help. It will take several visits, but it's relaxing. I usually come after work and fall asleep there. He was kind enough to even let me sleep through him closing up as I was dead tired one evening.

I was a skeptic, but now I'm a believer! Itay's acupuncture treatments are amazingly effective. I've gone here for several ailments over the last 3 years - persistent muscle cramps, back pain, sprained ankle, and ear pain - and acupuncture has helped in every case. Itay is a great listener and very knowledgeable. The needles prick a tiny bit on entry, and after that I don't feel a thing. The treatments are very affordable and relaxing. Try it!
