  I had a great experience renting my first apartment from them. They were very easy to work with, very kind and caring about little things and details and made everything super straight forward for me! Niki is an absolute gem and always made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. I had to relocate due to employment but I would definitely rent from them again!

  Z1 Property Management was always pleasant, professional, and prompt. When we couldn't find a place, Raul found us a rental before it hit the market and got us a great deal on rent in a wonderful neighborhood. Our rental was beautifully maintained and the few repairs it required were done promptly and professionally after just one phone call. Raul and his staff were always extremely easy to work with and we recommend Z1 to anyone looking for a stress-free rental experience.

  I enjoy working with Z1 Properties! They truly care for you and provide excellent service. Anytime there was something that needed to be taken care of they took the time and patience to help us out. They treat you like family! I appreciate them and I love the home so much that I decided to renew my lease with them for another year!!

  Z1 Properties has been my landlord for over 10 years. I rent a beautiful 3/2 single family home in Vacaville, CA. No matter whether it is the weekend, middle of the week or late in the evening, Z1 Properties takes care of any problems or concerns I may have regarding the rental home I occupy. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable and more than kind. Supervised by owner Mr. Raul Zamora, confidence, support, guidence and a bit of wit the office runs smoothly throughout the years.

  This is from a landlord perspective: I contacted half a dozen property managers and Z1 stuck out in their professionalism, fair management fee/rates, and prompt responses from actual people. As a first time landlord, I did research to understand what to look for in property managers and Z1 had it: a good ratio of properties to staff, people that are kind, and a staff that treats your property as if it was their own. We really like working with them and are happy with the resident they found for our property. We recommend giving Z1 a chance as your property manager!
