The facilities are available by reservation only. There are no crowded facilities.

Equipment is updated fairly regularly, and while it's rarely crowded its also rarely empty.

While broken equipment typically takes a while to be repaired, there is always other equipment available.

Classes are plentiful, varried, and wonderfully taught. Childcare staff are great.

Pretty good. The group classes are a lot of fun. The trainers who run them are high energy and fun and many of them attend each others classes. There are plenty of machines and there's usually a lot of room to spare in the weight lifting area. The pool is nice and I often see lanes free. The hot tub is a pretty sweet bonus. The bathrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. The parking lot is kind of small and it can get crowded in the evenings forcing people to park on the street. The music played in the workout area is typical pop music you'd find on 107.9.
