Capitol Place Apartments

This is a great place to live. It is very close to my favorite post office. The other people that live here are nice, I also like to use the gym. It is pretty cool to have a pool to cool off in during the summer, and a nice environment to spend your free time.

These apartments are a bit nicer than others in the area for the price. The management on the other hand is by far the best I have ever seen. They are always so nice and helpful, Alyssa and her team always make us feel like we live in a luxury complex. Also this location is minuets from the capitol, and downtown Sacramento where I work.

Amazing apartment complex. There is great communication, the whole property is beautifully kept nice and clean as well as All staff are extremely kind and helpful, especially Alyssa! She was extremely patient, kind, understanding as well as supportive at all times. She was very professional as well and provided answers and solutions whenever I was in need of assistance:)

I went in to look at an apartment. I was greeted by Alyssa, I believe was her name. She is wonderful! I feel like we connected and like I've known her forever. She showed me around the grounds and we did a video tour of apartments. Looks like a great place and Alyssa had all the answers I needed. Thanks a lot!

I had the most friendly experience of all time here! The property is awesome and seems super clean/well kept. I was really happy with the office manager, Alyssa. She was so welcoming and helpful. I could not be more appreciative!
