Station 23

At first I was so excited that I was going to be shopping for a new car.... A new car for me, but a used car. I was spending more than I've ever spent on a car.... but not nearly as much as most people spend, I guess. Station 23, in West Sacramento, is not a car lot that you notice when driving by. I am so glad that I followed up on looking at this car! Fred is a great, down to earth guy, who likes what he does and takes pride in his cars. But it wasn't JUST about making money for him! Fred made sure that I was in a good, solid, safe car. My car is in great shape, super clean, low miles and I got a GREAT DEAL!! The best thing is that he's genuinely trustworthy! I was looking for a Lexus LS430 for awhile and I came across a perfect 2005 model offered by Fred at Station 23. Fred was nice enough drive all the way up from San Francisco to meet me in Sacramento on a Sunday. The car met and exceeding my expectations. Fred gave me a very generous offer well within my budget and he was able to deliver the car to me personally. My wife and I we're looking for a good reliable SUV for our family. We went to Station 23 and were greeted by the owner, Fred. He introduced himself and was very professional and pleasant. Throughout our time there, Fred took his time with us, wasn't pushy and we never felt rushed.

He asked us lots of detailed questions, which made me realize that he actually cared and wanted to make sure that we got the right SUV for our family. Fred was very informative and had lots of knowledge about cars in general. We loved that he knew the cars on his lot inside and out.

He showed us many different SUV's and explained the pro's and con's of each one. Finally, after looking and test driving numerous SUV's, my wife and I ended up picking a Toyota Highlander, which we ended up loving. It's a perfect vehicle for us.

After we pickled our vehicle it was time for paperwork. Fred took his time and explained the financing and products that they offer. He also explained the pro's and con's for each one and left it to us to decide what we wanted. We did buy the extended warranty from Fred which I love because gives me a peace of mind.

After we purchased the car, Fred took us to our new car and explained all the features of our car and things that we needed to know and be familiar with as the new owners.

I have purchased many cars throughout my adult life, but I must admit I have never had such a superb and pleasant experience like this before. Fred went above and beyond any expectations I ever had and truly made it an exceptional experience.

The pricing was very reasonable and the rate we got for our financing was very competitive.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a car. I'll definitely send all my friends and family to Fred. Station 23 is truly a five star dealership.

Fred helped us find exactly what we wanted. Got a 2017 Honda CRV all wheel drive with only 32k miles on it. He had it detailed for us, inside and out. It literally looks brand new! We shopped around for over a month and the deal he got us was the cheapest I found anywhere in California. I've already recommended him to a few friends and he's working on getting them what they want.
