I brought my truck into Terminal Frame and Collison back in November because my truck had Terrible frame damage. I purchased a truck that had frame damage and was lied too about the damages. I was devastated. I already had put so much money into this truck. Cowboy looked at me and then at my truck. He could tell how much I already lost and how much stress I was under being only 23 and not knowing what the future holds. It's now July and my Tires dont have any wear, truck drives completely perfect with no pulls. Thank you so much for doing an outstanding job.

My first time fixing my truck at this shop . And i had the best experience. They did a great job. The owner gave me a very good explanation of what exactly needs to be replaced and why. Best costumer service. The job was done quick and with great quality.

This company was very helpful in assisting me in dealing with the insurance company and completing the repairs to my vehicle in a timely manner. Even though this Company has major contracts with companies such as Ups, penske interprise AT&T they treated me as if I was just important to them.
