“I went in on December 14, 2022 for a medical exam for my new job. My employers were right that I was going to have to wait from 1-3 hours but it’s understandable as there extremely busy venue. So, I don’t blame them for that. As I waited a Lady came in demanding to be seen as she had just smashed her finger in her car door. 😒 she was staring her problem was way more important and that it was urgent - as stated in the name of the facility. Let me remind you. There is so many of us who have appointments and have been waiting well over 2 hours. She came in saying this needs to be seen and checked and blah, blah. Acting like she is dying when the goofy hit her finger on her own door. When they told her they could see her but she would have to wait like everyone else. She lost it - I was extremely close into telling her to gtfoh. But the front station nurse did an amazing job in remaining clam and then calling over the manager. Manager handled this Karen amazingly! Told her she needed To wait but she could be seen or if she didn’t want to wait she could go to the hospital. She snapped saying it was urgent once again 🤦🏻♀️ acting like if she’s going to die. People, once again was redirected. Her level of disrespect was extremely uncalled for- even though they were giving her options She did not like them. It’s ridiculous. She finally left with opening the door with her foot. But overall office handled this crazy lady amazingly. My medical exam was easy, the doctor was mellow and explained things very well. I also thought for one minute I was Greys anatomy 😂 as how cute the doctor was. But that’s not the point. The point is they were extremely professional and made my appointment fun.”

When i welcomed my son in 2017 he became a patient and has been he will be 5 now i always feel very comfortable ,with the staff and if i have a question or concern they make sure to address it. Dr. Jean Is the best my kids love seeing her she makes their visit less scary and very fun she's always in a good mood so that makes my kids feel comfortable with her, i would 100% recommend giving them a chance you won't regret it !!!!! “I got involved in a car accident and my insurance company works with Enterprise and had to use Honda Accord 2023 for 3 weeks. Everyone I have dealt with from the first phone call to the last in person for drop off were very professional and courteous. I must say that this company is one of the bright spots in one unfortunate incident. Geico ( other party's insurance company ) is great too. Triple A ( my insurance company ) failed in comparison to Enterprise and Geico in their overall professionalism in my opinion, I'd be switching come renewal and I'd be sticking with Enterprise for rental needs.”

“Core West Sacramento is fantastic. I feel so blessed to be a patient there. The staff is amazing, everyone is so kind, welcoming, and supportive. I transferred from another clinic where there was alot of drama and negativity among the patients, after nearly a year at Core I've never heard any unkind words spoken among the patients or staff, everyone is respectful and it makes for a very chill experience. I was hesitant about transferring, I was very anxious, but they made the transition so easy. My counselor is the best one I've ever had. Period. She's easy to talk to, straightforward, smart, funny, and she brings both real world experience and education to the table. I feel like I've made real progress at core and now I'm working to get off medication assisted therapy. In the past my counselors and doctors at my prior clinic didn't know anything about tapering, it was left up to me and predicated on guess work. At core they actually know about tapering and offer feedback and information instead of leaving it entirely in my hands.”
