“This was my first time going to this local cafe. I had not been able to go there before because they are only open until 2:00 p.m. on most days and closed on Sundays. I decided to give them a try and to support our local businesses. I ordered the hot pastrami sandwich. It was tasty and fresh, but on the smaller side. However when I finished it I was no longer hungry. You get a side of chips of your choice with any sandwich that you order. The sandwich itself was $9 which I think is very reasonable. I also noticed that they had some large cookies. I bought some chocolate chip cookies but they also had oatmeal raisin and sugar. Wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very happily surprised at how soft, fresh, and delicious they were. And they are only $2.50 each! Definitely support this local business. They also serve salads, you can build your own sandwiches, and specialty coffees.”

“I read a review before dropping in otherwise I may have stood at the reception window inside. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and taken back to a room. I had some major knots and knew that even 1 hour wouldn't be enough. I believe she went almost 15-20 min. over and REALLY helped me by getting a locked glut to release! $40 heck for the pain I was in, I would have given my first born! Found my new "go to" place!!”

“We had an amazing experience at James Marshall! It was the best environment for my son to socialize, play and learn. Mrs. Hinton is an incredible teacher not only for the children, but for the us as the parent. Her style of teaching helped us learn how to parent our child by giving him the tools he needed to support himself. Self regulate, problem solve and how to learn the difference between “sharing” and letting a friend have a turn. I tell Erin Hinton she needs to write a book, we all as parents would appreciate and live by her philosophies! If you have the opportunity to go to JMPNS, take it. You will never regret that choice!”

“Sutter Health Park Annual 4th of July Event is the best I’ve been to. It definitely beats Elk Grove’s Event. This is more organized, clean and family friendly. The one thing I loved about it is “NO BUGS” once the sun started to go down. So it’s definitely worth the ticket price. So much food to choose from, the food is a bit pricey but it’s expected with these kind of events. They also had a lot of activities for the kids and water fun for them to play. The fireworks show was INCREDIBLE and perfect view! If you haven’t been, you should plan for next year.”

“Mostly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful but always cleaning. Which is a good thing, you can use your phone to pay and it’s a 10.00 minimum but the machines work great and the dryers get the job done, it’s too bad some of the other customers use the place as a babysitter for their kids and turn a blind eye to their destructive little tragic wastes but then again the mothers also leave trash everywhere when they leave and the very overworked but friendly staff work that much harder to keep the place clean. 10 stars for the staff and 0 for most of the parents using this place.”

“I really enjoy coming here for breakfast. There’s typically always space right away for me to sit down, whether it’s inside or outside, I’m not picky. The food is fresh, flavorful and portioned pretty large. The menu has tons of options and they never have had any sort of issue taking special orders when I bring other people who have pickier dining preferences. The prices are set properly too. “This review is strictly for the Fruit Freeze. They also sell alkaline water, health products and coffee/tea. The store is full with display of items. I kept seeing posts and reels for Water & Salt and had to come and try it. The store is located in West Sac, off of W Capitol Ave. There is a private parking lot with ample parking spaces. We were overwhelmed with the large menu and options. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful and ask me what I like. She suggested the Mango Fruit Freeze with Gunther matcha green tea ice cream in between. Wow, it was so delicious and cold! Definitely a summer treat for me. I would like to come back and try the Hawaiian shaved ice that everyone is raving about. It sounds like they are just as good as the one we get from Hawaii. They have a small seating area outside the store, but honestly I just didn't feel comfortable sitting out there. The location is a bit sketchy for me. I'm also not familiar with West Sac. Anyway, we took our sweet treat back to the car and thoroughly enjoyed it.”

“Julian gave me my home-life back! He was professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and patiently listened to my concerns. I was horrified to find a "certain type" of bug beginning to infiltrate my house, nooo!!! Julian inspected the home, found small holes I didn't know existed, and provided additional recommendations on how I could better secure the house inside from these critters getting in. He did a thorough job (inside & out), cleaned under the eves (they look so good!), and set out the glue boards he suggested and why. He provided a few extra and demonstrated how to use them. These are waaay better than the ones found at HD. Julian also wore shoe covers which I greatly appreciated, since I don't wear shoes inside. He did such an excellent job - now I feel confident about moving about without having to stare at the ground inside, and feel comfortable being able to sit or lay on the carpet again. I did extensive research on who to hire. Originally, I wanted to hire Pegasus, but they were booked (I was trying to find next day service), so I had a different company come out (3 weeks ago). It did not work out so good, and they only did a fraction of what Julian did. The comparison in service quality is like night and day - lesson learned. I highly highly recommend this company even if you need to wait a few extra days, it's worth it. Many blessings & thanks to Julian!”
