This place is so enchanting, today I celebrated my birthday here and picked my own bouquet it was so lovely!! The flower barn is probably one of the coolest places I have visited, it literally moved me but I love flowers so it was right up my alley!!! The grounds here are beautiful!! And that bed and breakfast is gorgeous. Back on Father’s Day we had luncheon and the food was was 5 stars for sure they got a great crew out there we were taken care of like we were royals!!
Me and my sister went and did the pick your own bouquet experience and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is magnificent. The flowers are magnificent. It was the most fantastic day ever. I would totally recommend to anyone I know, perfect girls day and perfect summer activity. The vibe is immaculate you don't wanna miss out on this experience.
Park Winters was the perfect venue for our wedding.
Trying to manage the stress involved in wedding planning, I highly valued professionalism in my selection for the venue and all vendors, and Park Winters staffs have been very professional and helpful throughout the process - from the initial consultation with John, the extensive planning and execution with Amber, all the way to the day-of experiences with the on-site waiting staffs and manager, walking around and attentively checking the meal of each guest.
In addition, the exclusive use of the space created a sense of intimacy that we really enjoyed. Given that we are the only people in this remote space, I saw how comfortable and goofy my guests were during the wedding.
The relatively lower requirement for f&b is another plus, and the premise itself is really beautiful in June, with flowers blooming everywhere. Some of my guests even formed a little group touring around the premise and had a good time.
The only thing I would be mindful of is the heat in mid-June in Winters. All my guests felt OK, but I did make sure to inform them to be prepared of the heat and sunlight ahead of time.
We went for the flower picking experience. It was a really fun thing to do in the morning with friends. You can pick a lovely bouquet, spend time outside, tour the beautiful grounds then head into Winters for lunch. The staff was wonderful, informative and responsive. We're already planning to go back! We also got to peek inside the small hotel/historic house. It is beyond lovely. If you are planning a wedding or special event, I'd definitely check into this place as the grounds and amenities for special events are beautiful.
Scheduled the event to Pick Your Own Flowers for myself, my sister, and my mother this last weekend and it didn't disappoint.
Sharron was extremely helpful when we arrived. She gave us updates on the property while we drank tea, and invited us to tour around the house/mansion, and the grounds, including the pool and sunken garden. She also explained how the whole process works and offered help when needed.
Since she was so convincing, we toured the grounds and ran into Paul, who then gave us some fun information about the property and guidance on where to go. They have in-depth tours that are open to book, and we might have to come back! The place is gorgeous.
Finally, once all bouquets were arranged and about to head out, we met one of the owners, Rafael. What a visionary and kind person! He reassured us that he takes pride in his staff, the property, and the customers. Even though this place is a little drive from Sacramento, I'd come back anytime because I feel welcome and at peace. Thank you, everyone, we'll see you soon.
