If you are looking for ANYTHING regarding plumbing, use Halls. My spouse and I bought our house in 2019, its a 1950's house with no lack of plumbing issues from every end of the supply, Halls has now done 6 projects for us, from small, to very large and everything they have fixed has been perfect. Not only is their staff knowledgeable and great plumbers, but they are amazing at communication, explaining issues, potential fixes and great transparency about costs. They deserve all the 5 star reviews they have earned mine as well.

Kevin was great to work with, his customer service skills are outstanding. He explained everything that he was doing step by step along with potential causes and solutions to the clogged drain pipe we were dealing with.

He went to work with the described solution and it worked perfectly. He was generous to explain future potential repair options as the house is older and may have more issues. That said; I was 100% satisfied with the work Kevin did; he represented Hall’s Plumbing in a very professional fashion as he built good rapport, was competent and trustworthy, and did exactly what he said he was going to do.

My water heater was going out. So I reached out to Hall’s Plumbing for a new install of a water heater. Their tech Orlando was very knowledgeable about the water heaters and the service was great! So happy to have hot water again! Very quick service and great customer service! Thank you!

In the past 4 months, Halls installed a trench-less sewer replacement and a water heater for us. The initial phone call for each job was promptly answered by friendly, competent office personnel and appointments were set up right away. Several different employees were involved with the work. Each was extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and respectful. COVID was taken very seriously and precautions went above and beyond expectations. This is a family business. They take pride in their work and sincerely care about customer satisfaction. We highly recommend this company.

We had our sewer line under our driveway back up. There is never a good time for the “waste-water” to back up and fill the downstairs bath. We placed a call to Hall’s Plumbing. The friendly professional receptionist said they would get a service technician out to our house as soon as they could. They called us back not just once but twice giving us an update and coordinating the timing.

About 6:30 that evening Joe and Josh arrived to assess and fix the situation. Really friendly and professional. Unclogged the drain, helped make sure that everything inside was now working. Great professional service.
