Velocity Island Park

Awesome!!! Celebrated my birthday at Velocity. The Staff were amazing. Food and drinks were good. It's a little treasure in Woodland

I was pleasantly surprised. At first glance based on the bumper stickers in the parking lot I figured I'd stick out like a sore thumb but I had good interactions with everyone there. The place is more of a down home kinda feel than super sterile. So the structures are somewhat make shift but functional. I took a lesson with Trevor and he was great. Mostly used by young kids and 12 year old boys. There's a place for adults to sit on the banks while their kids tear it up on the inflated toys. The water is strange...dyed blue but I didn't get sick from it!

Super Fun!
It was a blast to spent the day with my family in this place; 5 stars for the staff, food and drinks.

We had a great time! We had our own section away from others...food was great! Love watching the wake boarders and skiers..service in bar was perfect! We were there yesterday!
