“I live in Southern California and reached out late last week for an arrangement of birthday flowers for my 10 year old niece to be delivered to her house today for her birthday (up in Northern California). I initially sent a text kind of late at night but nonetheless received a text confirming that she received my text and that she was available to help with my order. Sophia was so helpful in placing the order that I barely had to do anything but give her the address and details. Come Tuesday afternoon I received the attached photos of the arrangements with a bill that I happily paid. Above and beyond service, kept me updated and most importantly, the arrangement was perfect. “Laura is both an amazing artist and a beautiful soul. A small group of strangers met at a support rally for Ukraine and within 3 weeks pulled together a fundraising event that would show the beautiful aspects of Ukrainian culture and raise money for humanitarian relief. I reached out to Laura 2 weeks in advance of the event to ask if she would join the fundraiser and help to weave Ukrainian flower crowns (Vinoks) for the women and children at the event, the vinok is a very important part of our culture. Laura agreed immediately, within a few days had 5 helpers that were all volunteering their time to harvest the flowers from the Swallows Secret Garden and putting in the time to practice and perfect the Vinok weaving techniques! They even had info sheets at their work station that explained the history and meaning of each component of the vinok, the dedication! We did not expect the massive attendance that we got, but Laura and her team did an amazing job weaving all day until the supplies ran out! I am totally blown away by the amazing ladies of the Secret Garden, these were the most beautiful Vinoks I have ever seen in my life. The level of detail, perfection and generosity is mind blowing, meanwhile all of the proceeds were donated to the fundraiser. On that amazing event on Sunday at Hallcrest Vineyards, we had little kids running happily around with their flower crowns as well adults that during such a difficult time, had the chance to fall in love with the beautiful story of vinoks and feel like kids once again. Thank you Laura and team for your hard work, with actions like these we can change the world!”

I was really happy. My family who received the bouquet was overjoyed! “Mother's Day 2020 was looking to be a festival of sadness until Chino Lupitas Florist and Gifts came to my rescue. After ProFlowers had not delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day, delaying until Saturday, then finally, at 6pm, saying they wouldn't be delivered until Monday, I had less than 24 hours to save this holiday and make sure my mom got something special. Every other local Chino florist had no availability to deliver the following day, and understandably so, here I was calling the night before one of the busiest days in flower-land. Enter Lupita's. I checked their website; they were okay with a next-day delivery. Even better, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for being so last minute. Very reasonable prices! Their selection of arrangements was beautiful, and the actual flowers that arrived were even prettier than I could have imagined. And they were delivered on time!!! With less than 24 hours notice, Mother's Day was SAVED. My mom was so happy when she got her flowers, especially since I can't be there in person, during these crazy times. Saddleback's arrangements feel special and the flowers they use are a bit more unique/unconventional/specialty (as opposed to some of the more generic/standard bouquets you might find elsewhere). I appreciated that Jennifer sent me a photo of the bouquet before it got sent out. The Pleasant Pastels were gentle, tender, luscious, romantic, and cheerful. Has a good selection from small to larger trees and plants. It's a really nice place to go to. Plants are reasonably priced. . Some plants are a little small. But they are healthy. You can't return them, like Home Depot. But it doesn't matter. Because they are healthy and they're so reasonable. I bought a few little things.”
