“They saved my life. I love Alta Bates triage care, nurses, and Dr's. They made the most painfull experience of a womans life relaxing and structured. They listened to my wants and needs and tried to help me make them happen. And at the end when i almost lost my life they worked quickly and didnt scare me, or my family. We only put together how serious my situation was after they got me settled in another room w/ my new born son. Also I love Dr. Bean he was the pediatric physician on duty when he came to check on my son, he had excellent bedside manner. So much so i drove 2 hours so my son could have him as a Dr.”

“I’ve been a patient of Dr. Patel when I was a child. Now with my own children I’ve followed her to Unicare. She’s great! The staff is great very caring and in the years going to this location I’ve yet to encounter a problem. My daughter caused a scene because she’s afraid of needles and the nurse was very calm and did not loose her cool and gave my daughter time to calm down. I however was about to loose it lol. Great staff and great pediatrician.”

“Wife and I were scheduled for our 1st vaccine today. There was an administrative clich and were sent away. The security guard who denied us access went to bat for us and talked to the person in charge. He followed us out into the parking lot to bring us back in as he had gained permission to receive the shot. Once inside the staff was professional and efficient and the shot was pain-free. “I visited Silicone Valley Bodywork yesterday and today I feel refreshed! Katy has a very good energy and she performed a professional lymphatic massage and I could feel it. Her touch is precise and gentle and she is very knowledgeable about human body and the lymphatic system. The massage table was so comfortable and warm, I meditated during the massage and felt so renewed after! After the massage I felt very relaxed and sleepy like I took a sleeping pill, so free up your time after the massage for a nice rest!
