“I have never had any problems here. I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Carlos Perez Rodriguez! He is very thorough and always takes his time with you and listens to you. Sometimes I have to wait a bit to see him because he always runs a little behind but that's because he doesn't rush his patients out the door so he is absolutely worth the wait because I know I won't be rushed either. He has a great bedside manner and I hope he stays there as long as I am around because I don't want any other doctor treating me!”

They had to go back and forth with the insurance to figure out why they weren't being covered, and worked to make sure that the medication was pre-approved so that it would be covered. My dad is doing so well since he's been on this new medication, and if we were at a chain pharmacy, we would still be trying to get it approved, months later.”

“I've had good and bad experiences here... More than once, I've had 4 scripts, all approved and prescribed for 90 days, but only 3 of the 4 were the correct amount. After having this happen to me randomly, three different times, I started visually inspecting my order, before leaving the store! Lately, however, they've been getting things right, and have been most helpful, and have directed me to money saving websites etc...! Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with a girl named Bobbie, and she went above and beyond, normal service! You need more employees like her, and Manny!! He's another notable helpful employee!!!
