“The newer, outdoor part of the mall is lively and beautifully constructed with ample seating and the requisite fountain and sculptures. Plenty of fun food options with indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor part of the mall is more basic and forgettable with the same old stores you see at every mall across America. The food court, which is the anchor that connects the new mall and the old mall, is expansive and inviting with colorful varied seating and decent upscale fast food choices. Very clean and chill on a Saturday July afternoon.”

“I needed to charge my Tesla and went by the inside road just to get a feel for Walnut Creek. Plaza Escuela buzzes with activity and is a prime location with great restaurants and shopping. I was impressed by the parking design as it did not make the car go in circles the full width of the parking floor and then turn for the next floor. The car drives much short to find its space! To top it all, most spots other than valet are free!”

I had green tea, Cinnamon French Toast, with Strawberries. My friend had a Mushroom Omelet with veggies and truffle oil. Really great food. We were traveling and it seemed like a good place to stop. Lots of people waiting for tables. We got in before the rush. The place was clean. The bathroom was clean and stalls were bigger than normal. Nice.”
