“This is a good place to stop on the way to/from Vegas if you need to use the restroom and/or stretch your legs. They have both men/women's bathrooms but only 2 stalls were open when we visited. The views are pretty and make for some great pictures. They have a visitor center that has some snacks, drinks and things to see if you need to stretch your legs a bit.”

“This apartment complex is ideal for military. I had just returned from deployment, but had 2 months until I was scheduled to transfer cross country. My household goods had already been moved, and it felt impossible to find a room to rent where the person didn't have pets. Correspondence with Foxwood while on deployment was so helpful, as soon as I returned, I moved in same day. It was a fully furnished apartment with utilities included in the rent with a month-to-month option. It's not lavish, but it is clean and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. You probably won't find a room to rent in San Diego for the price or accommodations. If I had to do it over again, I absolutely would.”

“Excellent! My daughter has been taught by Meagan for well over a year. Sarah (my daughter) has excelled as a rider and as a young woman. Meagan is more than just an instructor, she is someone to look up to. After 3 years of riding, Sarah chose Meagan and Konrad to be her instructors as she has taken on barrel racing. Through their very hands on approach and relaxed demeanor they have unleashed the true rider that dwells in Sarah. Sarah knows all of the right and safe things to do, but in order to grow, she had to step outside her comfort zone. I have watched my daughter become fearless and driven. This has not only shown up in her racing but also in her life. She takes on new chores and responsibilities with a “I’ve got this Mom” and a smile. I believe it is because of the mentorship/leadership of Meagan and Konrad. They care about their riders not just while they are on their horses. I have personally observed them taking a walk around the barn with one of the older students who seemed to be struggling with something unrelated to riding. They took time out of their busy lives to be a listener. If more coaches and instructors of kids sports treated their students/teams like Meagan and Konrad, kids would know how to be competitive while also cheering on their own competition. The girls in the Barrel Racing Team take videos of each other and send them so they can see how they do, but even greater was when they began sending them to me because they knew I was traveling and hated not being there to watch. “We had an amazing time tonight. The horses are well feed, hydrated, groomed, calm and content. It really bothered me when a person screamed out their car window that horses pulling a carriage is animal abuse. I have been around horses and other farm animals my whole life. Those beautiful clydes are VERY well cared for and even had nice trimmed hooves with horse shoes. The people were so warm and kind to us. They even let a little girl from the family before us ride up front. This was my mom's first time riding in a carriage and she had an amazing time. The village was lit up and we even stopped to star gaze by the lake for a little bit and showed us Satern and Jupiter as they are overlapping eachother for the first time in about 800 years. It was the perfect Christmas season experience. Please do not be discouraged by some of these crazy comments made by selfish and stuck up people. They may not answer the phone like they work at some doctors office but they are very kind, thoughtful, and take very good care of their horses. Thank you again!”

“Such a fantastic dive shop! I’ve taken classes here as well as rented gear and made purchases. I’ve never had anything but exceptional customer service. The shop is really cool and unique. It has everything you need. There’s even a research lab on site working toward conservation. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. The dive shop has a dive club that does group dives as well as meet ups to socialize with fellow divers. My daughter is a junior diver and they are extremely supportive and encourage her to join in on the dive club dives when appropriate. I can’t recommend them enough!”

“People ask me why I have been a member of AAA for over 25 years! I tell them the service and the options available to motorists is worth the investment. An example was recently I had my car stolen and after recovery I needed new plates. After multiple times traversing the DMV website for answers, I called this office and was told they could replace my old plates quickly and easily. I arrived at their office around noon, was greeted with a smile and was instructed to fill out a form for the new plates. In the middle of filling out the form I was called to a window and greeted with a smile and “How can I help you?” I explained the problem and immediately he started the process of issuing a new set of plates for my care. Everybody at this location is awesome and I have never experienced a bad situation when I go to any AAA office. Invest in AAA. You will not regret it!”

Not only did he share interesting history about the cities and landmarks, but he was helpful by giving advice and precaution about what to expect and where to shop. When visiting a different country, you encounter a different culture. It meant a lot to me to respect the people and surroundings. Lele gave me the peace of mind I needed to achieve this. Plus, it’s always helpful to have someone with you who speaks the native language! Lele provided an exceptional number of tours to sign up for- plenty of variety! And at each tour, he worked his magic, and got us to the front of the line every time. This was a time saver! I truly felt like I was able to experience a lot in my short time there.
