  I have been a client of Gene Watada's State Farm office since moving to the Brighton Colorado area three years ago. Everyone in Gene's office is extremely professional and the customer service is absolutely terrific. I highly recommend this office for all your insurance needs. Thank you Gene for the great service you provide.

  I’ve been with Gene for almost 30 years and I have never had any issues that Gene wasn’t able to take care of! His staff is very professional and his wife Kathy the office manager always has a smile and has always treated us like family. Gene is a great guy and a great agent I would highly recommend Gene Watada !

  Night and Day Difference!!! I was with progressive/geico and electric insurance before reaching out to Lindsey on Gene's team. I had a fairly awful experience with geico and ended up finding out out my rates were atrocious. Gave Lindsey a call and she got me more coverage on my car than previously, and also for a cheaper price! Then I ended up asking her about my house and motorcycle..... Lets say I'm now insured on everything with more coverage and super reasonable price. Shes always responsive on emails and I not once had to call some 800 number and talk to 5 machines and get routed to wrong department, she just takes care of me! I will stay local on insurance going forward. Highly Recommend this team.

  I love these people !!! I have been living in Brighton for many, many years. I am single and I have been a huge fan of Jene Watada for as many years as I have lived in Brighton. When I walk into the office everyone is happy, friendly and helping people with their insurance needs. It is also great to go into their nice offce and see ALL the plaques and certifications they have "earned" or "won" !! Their State Farm business is a "family" business. I like that !!! We all have identities, I am guessing the folks that are attached to State Farm are proud of what they do and how well the do it !!!! A big part of me appreciates the Watada family "serving the important needs of the community" .............. people like me!! As a community service, I would ask all that are reading this to............go talk to Gene............it would be good too if you talked with his wife Kathy - some say, she knows more than Gene
