Please READ! I got a Jeep Sahara for 4 days. No issues at all. I love to drive and travel. Of course the car is not 0 miles and has smalls details but nothing that can be a safety issue. The crew at my arrival was super nice and the crew at drop off was quick and gentle. I read the reviews after booking because was a third party and I was a little bit stressed but I'm always betting that things turned better. It seem that was a few issues before but everything seems they are improving their service. I hope continues increasing their quality because I wanna rent with you guys in my next trip to CO. Shuttle service picked us up within 20-25 minutes from the designated location at Denver Airport. Driver was courteous and offered to help with luggage.

Office staff upgraded our car for no additional charge when our reserved vehicle was unavailable. The rented car met all safety, comfort, and aesthetic points. Process to get us into a car and on our way took less than 15 minutes from arrival.

Drop off process was similarly as simple and quick. Within 15 minutes, we were boarding the shuttle back to the Airport. A few minutes into the shuttle ride, I realized I had left my mobile phone back in their office. The driver was kind enough to turn back and allowed me to retrieve it. Despite the delay from doubling back, we reached the airport in less than the 30 minutes I had originally budgeted in our schedule.

The only thing I recommend they improve is perhaps lay down a carpet so you don't sound like rolling thunder when you walk up the handicap access ramp! Otherwise, a pleasure and comparable to the national chains at a better price point.

Secured our rental Jeep about a week before we flew out. Shuttle was there within minutes of us getting to the platform. Walked in, the counter girl was very friendly and explained everything quite well about the deposit, info about insurance, and the tolls. We were handed the keys after about 10 minutes to a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep had a small crack on the front bumper (what else do you expect from a rental place in Colorado?). We put about 500 miles on the truck and returned it with a full tank of gas. Return process was really simple, told the guy about the damage when we received the truck (I took pictures just in case) and sign the paper and I was on my way in just a few minutes. The shuttle had pulled up during my return process and proceeded to wait the few minutes (with other guests) for us to be finished. The process was super simple and straight forward. I was nervous after reading the reviews after booking through a 3rd party, but it was pretty painless.

Routes Cat Rental is a good and cheap alternative to a car rental service in Colorado. They took great care in making sure that we were given a clean car. They were fair in making adjustments when the car wasn't actually clean. Unfortunately they did not care where we were traveling because they gave us a vehicle that had street tread when we were traveling into the mountains. I would like it if they cared more about safety than a large deposit. I would recommend this place to my friends.
