  Downtown Auto is the place to be a used car! We went in today and purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry in excellent condition. It is apparent that Downtown Auto puts a lot of care into the preparation and storage of their vehicles prior to sale. The car had been fully serviced prior to our purchase, including the installation of new rotors and break pads. Andy and his team go out of their way to be the best in Denver. Highly recommend!!

  I just purchased a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the team was terrific start to finish. Quick response times over email/phone, and they gave me a good trade in value for my previous car without needing to physically be there (I live out if state). They immediately took the car off the market when I expressed my desire to buy the car. They allowed me to take the car to a 3rd party mechanic before purchasing. The mechanic assured me the car was in great condition but left me with a couple small things that needed attention. I told downtown auto the report and they were happy to address those items with no charge before I bought the car. Russ is a great salesman—very genuine and honest. Collin is a very thorough and competent mechanic—he took me under the car on a lift to explain details and reinforce their transparency. Definitely recommend Downtown Auto.

  Andy was great to work with. The price was fantastic and there was absolutely zero pressure. There are only a few minor things that kept us from purchasing the car right away and Andy was able to fix those things that no charge! We had a full inspection of the vehicle and it came out with flying colors. They definitely take pride in the vehicles that they sell.
