  My new car was hit and run 5 days after purchase in a parking lot and then a teenage girl without her license drove into my door a few months later! Lucky for me, i was hooked up with rodney at CC in this location and he was able to give me $500 off and also was able to fix all of the other small minute dents around the car. The whole time they were friendly and cared ALOT about my financial situation as well as saving my car. I am never going anywhere else, caliber collision is the place to go.

  I was sent to this location by my insurance. They got me in pretty quickly given the widespread hail damage that had hit the area. They repaired my vehicle and even went back to the insurance company to get a better replacement (new hood and roof rather just a repair). I picked the car up and noticed that the headliner was marked up and had some scratches on it, which was disappointing. I pointed this out to them and they (specifically Colby), handled it exactly right. They had me bring it back in, got me a rental car, and got everything squared away. They are a hardworking group and although I was initially disappointed they redeemed themselves and made it right (with a positive attitude too), which is more than I can say for most businesses who are client service oriented.
