I just wanted to thank Zack for helping us on our RT bare rental. We don't often have to rent cranes, but he was able to help us size up the correct crane, gave us a great deal and treated us like his #1 priority. We had to call him for a repair late on a Saturday and his tech was there on Sunday with the parts to repair the crane. Can't say enough about Bigge. Thanks guys!

Thank you Bigge Crane for saving the day! We had reserved a Rough Terrain Crane with another company in town but it suddenly wasn't going to be available for another 2 days. That was not going to work for our job. Zack was able to scramble and get us a crane the next morning. The rental rate was great, the crane was almost new and process was so much easier than the other company. I was shocked when Zack showed up during the crane delivery to make sure we had what we needed. You don't often get service like that! We will only use Bigge Crane from here on out.
