(November 9, 2018, 12:34 pm)I've been a member for almost 3 years now. Dave and the staff truly care about members and their goals. Members range from 14 years old to 67. It's small group personal training so they work hard on ensuring you get results, but also any modifications and nutrition counseling that may be needed. Fit Soldiers is a close family and I highly recommend them. Go see Dave at Fit Soldiers!!
(October 18, 2018, 2:29 pm)JOIN FIT SOLDIERS TO SUCCESSFULLY ACHIEVE YOUR FITNESS GOALS! I joined Fit Soldiers in 2010. The instructors were great and workout experiences enjoyable. I moved to Lakewood, CO during 2012 & stopped going to Fit Soldiers thinking I could find a fitness class / gym closer to my new home. I worked out at a local recreation center & have a Planet Fitness membership 5 minutes from my home. My fitness goal this year was to lose at least 20lbs. and get more "toned". Through August, I made little progress towards meeting my goal. I realized I NEEDED Fit Soldiers again! Beginning early September, I travel 20 minutes to Dave Mura's Fit Soldiers fitness facility to join other members for 5am workouts. My 35 year old Thornton resident daughter also joined Fit Soldiers and is part of the 5am workout group. Members at Fit Soldiers all "get it" : Fit Soldiers is a great place to join others for awesome workouts. The workouts are challenging. There is no "judging" of other member fitness levels. I HIGHLY recommend Fit Soldiers to people who are serious about improving their overall fitness. You will feel better, look better, and look forward to your next workout instead of dreading them or going "through the motions" during your own workouts. Fit Soldiers is a "family" of members who are intentional about improving their overall health & fitness!

No two workout sessions are alike and thoughtfully designed to challenge every level with care to prevent injuries. Can't out train a poor diet so nutrition education is incorporated for even better results and success towards making lifestyle changes. All you have to do is show up and suddenly you have a fitness family.

About seven years ago a friend convinced me to try a new gym called Fit Soldiers. I was a little nervous about that. A boot camp workout, really? I have been a “gym rat” for almost forty years but endurance was never my best game and I am not quite twenty one anymore. So with some trepidation (and a lot of encouragement) I showed up one morning and tried it.
Wow I am so glad I did! Needless to say I survived and actually enjoyed it. The other members were more than just supportive, they are like family. The trainers are very knowledgeable and motivate each person to push their limits while maintaining a helpful and supportive environment. I find myself very much looking forward to my next Fit Soldiers workout.
The Fit Soldiers team also provides helpful information and advice about proper nutrition and lifestyle. Although I still haven’t given up cheeseburgers I have learned a lot and over time even my endurance has improved.
(October 8, 2018, 6:31 pm)Dave and the Fit Soldiers family are awesome! I went from couch potato to regularly riding 20+ miles on the bike. I lost 25 pounds while gaining muscle. You're the best Dave!
