(November 26, 2018, 11:01 am)We just moved in this month from out of state. The staff has been awesome to work with even in the midst of the transition to the new management company, they went above and beyond to make everything happen since we were not able to visit the property before the move in date. I cannot give 5 stars because there are some concerns with the condition of the unit and the make ready. Many of which have been, or are being, addressed. In short, the new management staff is awesome, but the property itself needs a little TLC.

The new company that took over is also amazing. Sarah in the office and Jonathan in maintenance jumped through hoops to take care of an emergency. So very much appreciated
Love love living here!! Our apartment is very nicely renovated, the staff is friendly and helpful, the complex is quiet and full of friendly people, and the grounds are well maintained. We looked at all of the apartments in this area, and Magnolia Ridge was by far the best for the money.
