No one could figure out what was going on, but the technician came and discovered that we had--of all things!. Anyway, he gave us some (green? Organic? Something like that) to get rid of them--for free! The consult was reasonable, I believe. Thank you for such a great service.
Had a bathtub drain issue for a week. Tried drano, liquid plumber, ryobi snake....nothing worked. Something solid was stuck deeper down in the drain. Finally gave up and looked up plumbers. Called these guys Friday morning around 8:30 AM. Spoke to plumber. He was very polite and helpful. Said he'd have someone here as soon as possible. He was able to come by 9:30 AM. Within 30 min he and his colleague were able to open the drain. He was also very polite and answered all the questions I had. Really good experience throughout. I'd highly recommend these guys.
