In person I was always helped quickly before covid, and during the pandemic they have been very helpful over the phone. They shipped my documents back fast, very fast. I appreciated that dealing with a title.
(September 2, 2020, 2:29 pm)Fast and friendly. Tried to get plates for a new vehicle online during a pandemic. Spent three weeks trying to do just this. Clerk fixed me up in 10 minutes. Title dropped off, taxes paid, new title issued, plates issued, plates paid for an out the door.
Online experience went like this:
Scan documents and wait a week. Oops forgot to include a document. Scan, email, and wait another week. Have to scan another form because dealership used middle name on one document. Wait another week for a reply. Now they want me to scan the back of a check. What? I had made an appointment " just in case". Went to the appointment.
