(January 19, 2019, 1:15 pm)Started in October. Was a former LSU graduate playing baseball so I did a lot of training.
I had 2 major surgeries on my left shoulder so was very hesitant. Jessie is the best instructor I have ever known.
He designed a program just for me. It's now January and I am getting in the best shape since college.
I am 51 years old and play a lot of softball. Cant wait uh until the season starts.
You cant go wrong here. I highly recommend him.
(August 22, 2018, 10:06 am)October 2018 will mark my second year training with Jesse Puga. I have never been in better shape. I am stronger, happier and healthier. He pushing me past what I believe are my limits to be better than I was the day before. Best one one trainer I have worked with. Also provides great group workouts.
(April 22, 2018, 10:22 pm)I feel this is a really good personal gym, it allows the participants to get a good detailed and well taught lesson in training. He suits the workout around your ability’s and is very flexable for work. Would recommend
