While they were taking xrays tears were streaming down my face. They tech made me feel so comfortable. The doctor even more so. He was so kind and gentle. He found common ground and made me feel at ease. We talked about dogs. I work with dogs. I'm not saying that the dentist will be my number 1 friend. I am saying these guys are amazing. After multiple emissions failures and an expensive but pointless appointment with Fiat, the team (Ted, Rob, Kevin) were able to solve my O2 sensor problem. They were professional, helpful, and took the time to explain how to avoid this in the future after my car gets certain types of service that would cause the error to that I may avoid this hassle in the future. I had nearly given up hope and they solved it immediately- for free. If you are having weird issues getting a passing emissions test and your service center/dealer is unhelpful, go here.”
