Wayne Johnson - State Farm Insurance Agent

Wayne is definitely in the top 1% of insurance agents. My first agent screwed me big time. He added a whole bunch of unnecessary coverages to my policy that I didn't need or want. Me being a naive 18 year old kid who didn't know anything, went a head and signed the contract. Fast forward a few weeks and my mom told me that I needed to come see her agent, Wayne. We met with Wayne and went over my coverages.

When I tell you how upset this man was, that another State Farm agent had done this to me.... Wayne was so sincere in his apology and said, "Simon. I am so sorry. This is NOT how State Farm does business." His words have stuck with me since.

Even to this day, as an insurance producer in a completely different state now, his words still ring with me. It's those words and that one single day, that set the precedent for how I as an insurance professional, do business.

No matter how much I disliked State Farm, I wanted to stay because of Wayne. Wayne cares about his clients and is a true professional in every sense of the word. I cannot recommend Wayne highly enough and would send anyone to him.
