(September 21, 2018, 6:58 pm)OMG. So Will and another man just left my house. And I have to say I am not only impressed with the carpets but his attitude. I have a four year old and an artist so there was paint and everything on my carpets. They look brand new!!! I usually get a Groupon and I am sadly disappointed but not today .I will never pay less. You get what you pay for. I am starting to see that! I would just like to say thank you. I will be calling in 6 months.

Both very professional, respected my house, and answered all my questions with confidence and knowledge. My house smells great, looks great, just an overall great experience with this company. Will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

(February 26, 2018, 1:37 am)James answered my call right away. I told him what I needed, and he gave me an estimate. He was able to schedule Chad and Ryan to come out the very next day. Chad and Ryan were absolutely wonderful! They first measured my space, gave me the estimate (which was the same exact estimate James gave me when I first called), and they got right to work. My carpets look brand new. I am so pleased with their service and professionalism. I plan to call back soon to have my couch shampooed and sealed (Scotch-guarded). I will recommend Chapple's Carpet Cleaning to everyone I know!
