(September 16, 2020, 5:52 pm)The customer service at the Aurora branch is amazing. Everyone is very helpful. Management goes out of there way to assist. During the pandemic its difficult dealing with customer who are irate and aggressive. They are patient and always smiling and ready to assist.

It is very easy to reach and speak with an actual person, and each time I do, it is a very pleasant experience. I would give them 10 gold stars if I could!
