Great with our kids.

Awesome experience! I have a high strung crazy toddler, the dentist and the hygienist treated him with a calm but firm manner. I have been so scared to take my son to the dentist and I finally caved in. I’m glad I decided to use this office because they made the experience a lot smoother than I anticipated.

Excellent services, receptionist helped a ton with complicated insurance issues and got farther faster with the insurance company than I had. Dentist was patient and willing to chat and answer all of our questions, both mine and my husband's. Staff was very calm and paintent with my high strung special needs child. Excellent experience overall.

4yo went in for a tooth extraction, before we even arrived I was in contact with the receptionist trying to hash out insurance and cost. She was amazing, contacted the insurance company and requested a summary of benefits so she could review it and try to figure out an estimate for us! When we arrived she had everything ready for us, we were called back very quickly and met with Dr. Nguyen who went over the process to include our options. The Doctor was very patient with us as parents and with our son, total time was a little under an hour for the extraction.

I am not sure where the negative reviews come from, the Doctor is honest and straightforward which should be a positive, it may be as parents we are just very anxious for our children so the situation is already high stress soon as you walk in.

Our son is showing no signs of extreme stress or pain, he is running around happy showing everyone where his tooth is gone!

In summary, this place was great and just need to keep in mind its going to be difficult no matter where you go when you have to hold your kids hand when they are distressed.
