Prompt and efficient service, from the front desk getting back to see Dr. Thelander.
All the staff are great, they listen to you and are wonderful to their patients!
Would rate them more than 5 stars. Funny, never seen all 5 stars, before. They truly deserve it!
Being at the very beginning of this process, they have already been amazing. I am person that has A LOT of bad experiences dealing with what I call "Capitalism." Especially, in the Medical industry. This office is truly a model for every business to follow.
I'm also a person that has a lot to say and has many questions. As never seen before, Dr Anderson listens (very rare) and fully answers questions in an easy to understand manner.
The "Admin Woman" (for her privacy) is an absolute rock star. I've never met any business professional, as great as her. All of my Leave paperwork and the back-end insurance, etc was handled quickly and efficiently. And she was outstanding at explaining/handling the process and answering questions; a human, not a scripted robot.
In conclusion, this a great office to use. Again, every business could learn how to operate from them. They were able to initially see me, quickly. Think it was the same week. The MRI and surgery were also in a short period of time. No waiting a month(s,) etc.
Dr. Thelander knew right away what my problem was and what should be done to lessen the problem. I like his professional, friendly manner and I felt confident in his diagnosis. I would highly recommend him.
Very positive experience. Staff and doctors are knowledgeable and personable.
