Jeanette is exceptionally professional and extremely thorough with her report. We were really pleased with her report and it helped us get what’s in the best interest for our children.

Mrs. Troncoso worked with us recently and evaluated our family situation. To be completely honest, I was extremely apprehensive throughout the entire process. She asked hard questions and was extremely thorough. She felt that based upon the allegations made about me that it was truly important to ensure our son’s safety and stability in my home.

I was very honest throughout the process and even though I was afraid it could be used to take my child away from me, I felt it was better to be consistent and provide the true situation.

I was very uneasy up until the report was released and much to my surprise she dispelled the allegations that were made. She evaluated the evidence presented and made her opinion and recommendations based solely upon the evidence.

I could not have hoped for a better evaluation and even though a difficult situation, she did everything possible to lighten the situation.
