Hail King & Dent King

Duane and his guys were absolutely amazing with my dent repair. They were in constant communication with me about the status of my vehicle, and did a fantastic job. Hopefully I won't need any more dent repair in the near future, but if so, Hail King will be the only place I go.

Duane at Hail King was professional and very accommodating. The work they did was excellent. They came to the property and efficiently fixed a fist-sized bumper dent. Duane said the estimate should have been more due to the work done but he stuck to his original price even though it was less than what the work warranted. He also was very sensitive to a moment when I was unable to pay due to so much going on and he let go and offered to call back at a better time. All in all it was a very easy convenient and cost-effective experience. Thank you Duane and Hail King.

I first reached out to Duane in November of 2021, when I had ran my car into a wood driveway border and dented the front of my new car. He assured me that he would get it fixed and taken care of. My insurance company wanted to put up a fight about the total cost and Duane made sure to keep on top of them and get the right amount. Once I finally got to hand over my car, it only took Duane 2.5 days to finish the repair and return it to me.

That was the first time that I took my car there. The second time I went back was for a separate repair from a drunk driver hitting my car. This one again had a battle with the insurance that Duane was able to sort out. I was able to drop off my car about 2 weeks later. While Duane had my car in the shop, he was just overlooking it and found out that I had hail damage that I was unaware of. He called me and told me and told me he could keep my car longer, to call it into my insurance and he’d get it taken care of. Since there were 2 separate claims he was working with, it took a little longer than my first time. That being said, Duane still managed to return my car to me within 15 days, it looked brand new and pristine. Duane also went out of his way to deliver my car to me at the rental company. Overall I am so thrilled about everything Duane has done for me. I’ll definitely be using him again, and I have already sent family member his way!

I truly cannot recommend Hail & Dent King enough. I first called the shop to inquire about fixing some hail damage on my car and Duane was friendly and responsive. He got in touch with me immediately and was able to look at my car that day. He assured me that we could get the work done. I immediately got a good feeling about the shop, could tell it was a family oriented environment and trusted the crew. Duane was extremely flexible about the start date of the repairs and even offered to provide me with the shop’s rental vehicle while my car was being repaired, even though my insurance did cover a rental car. The shop also provided me with a Lyft to the rental car company whenever I dropped off my car. While my car was in the shop, Duane was great at communicating throughout the process and even dealt with the insurance company directly so I didn’t have to.

During the process, the insurance company tried to declare that the amount of hail damage on my vehicle qualified it as a total loss. Duane reassured me that he would take care of the situation. I was upset because my car has sentimental value to me, Duane knew this and truly went out of his way to ensure the car was not considered totaled by the insurance. Out of the kindness of his heart, he spent several hours on the phone negotiating with the insurance company until a solution was reached and the insurance deemed the car repairable. Now, generally I am not one to write reviews but Hail & Dent King truly has compassion for their customers and prioritizes quality service. When the repairs were completed, Duane was there to greet me to pick up the car and my car looked absolutely brand new. Both the interior and exterior were sparkling, the paint matched perfectly and all dents had been flawlessly removed. You could not tell there was previous damage to the vehicle at all. The inside of the car also smelled like new. If you have any damage to your car and want to be able to sleep at night knowing that it is in good hands, without a shadow of a doubt choose Hail King. Duane and his crew will take care of you, they truly have your best interest. They also worked with my high deductible and were able to mitigate it.

Simply put, this is the best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. I was completely floored by the crew’s sincerity because most auto body shops have a dishonorable reputation for taking advantage of customers. Hail & Dent King, however, provided to be the exact opposite and has earned my lifelong business and respect as a customer. If I need any future damages repaired, you know who I will be going to! Do not hesitate to take your car here. They have over 30 years of experience and it shows!

I could not have had a better experience at Duane's shop! My car got backed into and they left a dent and scrape on the bumper. He repaired the dent and painted it so perfectly that you would never know anything happened. Also his customer service and turnaround time was better than anything I've ever had at other repair shops. He had my car fixed and ready in less than 24 hours! I took it to him in the mid-afternoon and he had it ready by 9am the next morning, plus he let me use a loaner car for the evening mine was in his shop which was a huge plus. Definitely take your car to Duane for dent repair, he makes the repair process super quick and painless!
