  The Savoy at Dayton Station is conveniently located to major roads and light rail line. We marvel at how quiet and clean the community is and really enjoy the well-equipped gym, one of several nice amenities. Ms. Kimberly, the Community Manager is absolutely AWESOME (and Mr. Parke in Corporate). We've been long-term tenants and wouldn't think of living elsewhere!

  It's been a year since we moved into 'The Savoy' and we absolutely love the community & our apartment. We love the simplicity and beauty of the apartments as well as the friendly neighbors. We've made some amazing friends out here all thanks to the community. The amenities are amazing & convenient! The location is great considering the school district, Walmart, great access to rail & bus, public library, Asian grocery shopping, soccer classes etc etc. All our maintenance requests have been successfully completed within a reasonable time frame. We love the Savoy and always talk about it to everyone we meet!

  I have been living here a number of years experiencing changes in property management and maintenance. Through the many transitions, The Savoy has provided the same good customer service.
  The office staff is friendly, maintenance is quick to respond and remedy, the community programs (Awareness Meetings, other events to bring residents together) are welcomed. Plus it is close to lite rail, shopping, the highway, parks and walking trails.
  The appearance of the community - plans may already be in process to freshen up the paint in the older sections.
  
  Overall, glad to be here!

  Between easy access to trails/parks/light rail/shopping and the awesome amenities they offer in the community we have no desire to leave! The apartment itself is cute and functional, and there is always parking. It is the perfect place to host friends, and even our dog loves the place. The new management company has made improvements to how the grounds are kept as well as how well the maintenance system operates the entire time we have lived here, and we look forward to renewing our lease.
