  Dr. was great! staff was nice very friendly. I didn't have to wait long. The check in process was smooth and easy. Save time by completing this online. I would recommend this location to anyone.

  I have come here a few times when I could not get into my doctor. As soon as you walk in the decor is calming and welcoming. At reception you might see Sandra or Justin. Justin is a great guy who makes you feel welcomed. Sandra reminds me of home with that ole school manners and charm. The doctors and nurses are amazing and you feel like they care. You never wait long here which is nice. All in all this is a great place to go for adults and children.

  Process was easy, staff was helpful and waiting area was pretty nice. Comfy seating with TV and a kids play area. Wait time wasn't too long even with the many folks that were sick with the terrible virus going around. Would definitely recommend this urgent care, there opened on Sundays too.

  Easy and responsive! Found this site by using Google maps. Website was simple to use and had an appointment 30 minutes later. Arrived 15 minutes early and was immediately seen for vitals. PA was thorough and responsive. Started my medication 35 minutes after making the appointment. Doesn't get any better than that.

  I am sure I can share the same sentiments as everyone and we agree that no one really looks forward to going to urgent care at any point in time. A building full of sick people, nobody is really in a good mood, the whole vibe just gives off "people who DON'T want to be there!"
  Well, I can guarantee you that isn't the case with OnPoint Urgent Care! These people are genuine, and the tone is set the second you walk in the door. Sandra the receptionist welcomes you with care and empathy, really wants to understand why you are there and how they can help you. She was definitely one of the highlights of my visit. Next, my wait wasn't long. I had an appointment and I was checked in and ready to be seen within 10 minutes of my appointment.
  After that, the medical assistants as well as the PA were unbelievably helpful, caring, empathetic, and went the extra mile. Unfortunately, they weren't able to diagnose what was going on with me, so they referred me to the closest ER, but within minutes of me checking out of the ER I received a call from the PA to see what the diagnosis was and if there were any follow ups. NOW THIS IS SERVICE!
  Kudos to the team at OnPoint, this was my first time going to this Urgent Care and I will make sure that this is the last place my family goes! Outstanding service and we will be back (hopefully, not soon) :)
