Five star all the way! Tara is a one of a kind trainer! She sets you up with workouts that are constantly changing, always challenging you to push yourself and fun! Not only does she have great workout programs but she is very supportive and helpful! If you have any questions or concerns she is there to answer them for you and provide guidance! I have been using her program for the last month now and have never felt so good! She is the best!!
