  1 year update. Still really like it here, but after having been here a while, here are pros and cons.
  pros-
  -Very helpful staff, who are very responsive
  -The appliances are new, or newer
  -The apartments seem to be kept pretty up to date, and well kept
  -Nice quiet area, that is close to amenity's
  
  Cons
  -Although they are well kept, they are not very updated when it comes to
  doors and windows. Expect your energy bill to at least triple during the
  winter, because the doors and windows are ancient.
  -The gym is nice, but not really that nice(for the rent price)
  -the pool is, again, nice, but meh.
  -The rent is relatively on par with the area, but given the age of the units,
  and all that comes with that, I wouldn't say it is any type of bargain(AT
  ALL).
  -when your lease is up, and it's time for the rent increase, be prepared. It
  won't be pretty.
  
  To sum it up, after living here 1 year, I would say all and all it has been really pleasant. However, now that I know that it is going to be a nightmare to keep the apt. heated I will likely not be renewing next year.
  For the money, you can find newer and nicer, perhaps not as large, but newer and nicer.
  I'll update after year 2.

  Staff is really nice and accommodating. apartments are very nice and well kept.

  Once we knew we would be moving to Denver I started to search for an apartment. Hubby requested that I try and find one with an attached garage . Since we were moving from another state I researched neighborhoods and rely heavily on reviews and Township at Highlands looked great to us. After putting in an information request my husband was contacted by Sebastian and he said he had a place that meet all of our needs. He sent us the application link and told us to contact Alice if we had any questions. They made this so easy and always answered any questions were had. We made our trip to Denver praying that everything was just as it appeared in the pictures and it was. Amico met with us to finalize our move in and we have been pleasantly pleased since day one. The staff has been wonderful at addressing almost all of our needs. Still waiting for maintenance to take care of a request for our master bath but was reassured that as soon as the part came in that had to be ordered it would be handled and we believe that it will as they have been on point with everything else thus far. We've only been here a few weeks but The Bailey's are loving our move to Township at Highlands our home is spacious and perfect and we thank everyone who helped and welcomed us.

  The team at Township was very warm and welcoming which made for a great move-in experience. The unit and neighborhood are very clean, warm, and maintained well. Great spot for our family!

  First of all, I want to start of by saying It has been a great experience for me and my family here at Township at Highlands Apartments & Townhomes. The people here, have been very nice to us, which we greatly appreciate. There are lots plant life which makes the place look very beautiful naturally. My kids can go to swimming and gym and they also enjoy it very much. Overall this place is very nice and we recommend to be our neighbors.
