  Wow! Tim and Epic Remodeling are just an absolute pleasure to work with! The work is top notch, the communication is thorough and the finish product is amazing. I have been a real estate investor for over 15 years and Tim is my "go-to" for all my major projects. He keeps the job on task and does it right! I know my expectations are going to be exceeded when Tim and his crew are on a project.

  I’m the Facilities Manger for a manufacturing facility, and we recently contracted in Epic remodeling to build out a new production area for us. Epic was always very cooperative with following all of our strict guidelines, and their crews were very professional and courteous. I’ve worked with lots of contractor over the years, and we found it extremely easy to work with Epic due to their continued communication, and efforts to complete our job as soon as possible. Our new production area is exactly what we needed, and is in full use now.

  Recently I found myself with two properties both in need of renovation. Property number one was a portion of an estate that had suffered methamphetamine damage from a tenant. The entire property was gutted to the studs leaving only rough-in plumbing and electrical. The second property was a renovation project I had undertaken in Denver to restore a Queen Anne Victorian built in 1886.
  
  I submitted request for bids and after examining the top 3 I selected Epic Remodeling and Restoration. That was probably the best decision I made in the entire process. Beginning work in August the estate property was completely remodeled with contemporary upgrades and to current code. The work was completed on budget and under the time estimate. The certificate of occupancy was issued in October the property sold for asking price in November.
  
  The remodel of the Victorian presented a more difficult challenge. Each phase seemed to present an unanticipated challenge. The structure had to be reinforced, new electric and plumbing were needed to replace old nob and tube and replace corroded galvanized plumbing with upgraded copper and PVC. These problems had not been included in my budget and required a change in the entire scope of the project. Epic worked with me every step of the way. A series of change orders were initiated, All areas were brought up to code. The kitchen was gutted and completely remodeled. A new bathroom was created from a former laundry room.   The work was complete within the budget. I managed to refinance the property a month ago. The appraisal in this process demonstrated a $120,000 + increase in value which was more than twice the amount spent. I greatly appreciate Epic and their subcontractors for their professionalism, patience and ability to make significant changes but hold to the budget and timeline. I strongly recommend that you consider Epic for your restoration/remodeling needs.

  I've done a substantial amount of business with re-modelers and the challenge is always the same - finding people who take their word seriously and aspire to live up to commitments that they make. The construction business is replete with people who lack integrity in the way they do business. Epic Remodeling is not one of those businesses; they set realistic expectations and then live up to them. Customer satisfaction is the ultimate demarcation in success for Epic and for those reasons, I have no hesitation in recommending them.
  
  Further to that, Epic did a great job handling my home remodel and the results speak for themselves. Well done Epic. If you want a contractor that operates with integrity, aspires for complete customer satisfaction and delivers quality results, Epic is that contractor.
